Who I Am

My name is Elke, founder and soul behind Feminine Executive Leadership. People often say I bring structure, clarity, and calmness to the room – even when everything feels chaotic. But this wasn’t always the case. As a child, I was known for leading others into wild adventures. Backpack on, off into the fields at sunrise, guiding my little tribe like a tiny expedition leader. My mother nicknamed me “Felke” – fiery, fierce, full of spirit. I didn’t hold back. I felt deeply, moved quickly, was very sensitive and outspoken. I was “too much” for some. But I now know that was my gift all along.

Today, I help women and leaders reclaim their full power – without apology. Not by pushing harder, but by leading from within. With presence. With peace. With purpose.

My Professional Journey

I bring over 20 years of experience at the intersection of science, business, and personal transformation.

• I began in the medical field, working directly with patients and athletes to boost their strength, recovery, mental & physical resilience through evidence-based practices in sports medicine, physical rehabilitation, nutrition, movement, and stress regulation. Even then, I saw: when you train the mind, the body follows.
• I moved into clinical and pharmaceutical research, leading international trials across Europe and the U.S. for companies like UCB and Sanofi-Aventis.
• But the numbers and data weren’t enough, I was being called back to people, to growth, to purpose.

So, in 2009, I became an ICF-Certified Professional Coach, and never looked back. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve coached, trained, and guided hundreds of leaders and executive teams across industries, helping them lead with greater clarity, emotional intelligence, resilience, and alignment. I’ve worked in biotech, high-tech R&D, healthcare, and non-profit;  always with a mission: to help leaders thrive in high-stakes environments without losing themselves. Today, I’m a Managing Partner at NoticetheDifference!, where I work with leaders and their teams for improved connection, collaboration, communication. And I am the founder of FEL, where I support conscious women leaders in the second half of their careers to rise without burning out, to lead without hardening, and to succeed on their own terms.

Why Feminine Executive Leadership?

Because I’ve lived both sides. I’ve led from drive, logic, speed, and performance. And I’ve also reached the point of depletion, disconnection, and imbalance. I know what it feels like to lose your spark. To be successful, but not fulfilled. To lead, but feel misaligned. To long for a more sustainable, soulful, integrated way of living and leading. I built the FEL approach to unite feminine wisdom with strategic leadership – so you don’t have to choose between impact and well-being. You get to have both. You get to be all of you.
